How soon will my order ship?
We fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we strive to ship in 1 to 2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most of our products. We are not able to accommodate order cancellations. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on our monthly subscription box purchases.
If you would like to make a return or exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Conditions of return:
Candles must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
